The Eighth EuroMAC will be held at the Arts Faculty of the University of Leuven. The main conference venue is the Mgr. Sencie Institute in the Erasmus Garden.

Please note that the registration and the opening keynote lecture on Wednesday morning will be at the Leuven University Hall (Naamsestraat 22, 3000 Leuven). Attendants arriving at Wednesday afternoon or later will be able to register at the Arts Faculty (picture).

The closest airport is Brussels International Airport. There are direct connections by train. Find your train time schedule on Railtime.

 

International trains arrive at Brussels South Station (Brussels Midi) or Brussels North, from where you can take a train to Leuven. The conference venue is at walking distance from the railway station.

 

The city of Leuven is situated along the E314 highway. Take Exit 15 and follow the road until you cross the ringway of Leuven. Take the ringway to the right (counterclockwise) and follow up to the intersection Tiensepoort. Turn left into the Blijde Inkomststraat and follow the signs Parking Ladeuze.

 

 

 

The start of the conference will take place at the University Hall; the final plenary session and closing drink will take place at the Max Weber Auditorium. The coffee breaks and a book fair will be situated in the entrance hall of the Erasmus Building (see photo above).
