Book Fair, Advertisement & Sponsorship Prospectus

EuroMAC is the largest and most important European conference on Music Analysis and Music Theory. It brings together prominent scholars and budding researchers around a variety of analytical topics covering the entire spectrum from early to contemporary music.

We look forward to welcoming 500 conference delegates to EuroMAC2014. This link leads to an overview of the 342 speakers who will deliver a paper. Participants will travel to Leuven from more than 30 different countries, with an ample American delegation of ca. 100 scholars. The full programme, featuring keynotes by Prof. dr. Richard Taruskin and Prof. dr. Hermann Danuser, can be consulted here.

EuroMAC2014 will take place at the Arts Faculty of the KU Leuven, in the heart of the city. The main venue, the Mgr. Sencie Institute (MSI), is located in the Erasmus Garden, right behind the beautiful Central Library.

Considering the significance of this conference within the field, we look forward to your active participation and would truly appreciate your generous support.

Book Fair

Publishers are invited to participate in the EuroMAC2014 Book Fair. This continuous exhibition will be situated in one of the main conference rooms, which will also host refreshment breaks. The Fair provides an excellent opportunity to meet conference delegates, to exhibit and sell books (and/or recordings) and to advertise new publications or events.

Advertising

We offer various opportunities to advertise in the conference programme and/or insert a promotional item (e.g. leaflet, pencil or other small gadget) in the conference bag, which will be distributed to all delegates.

Sponsorship

We invite you to sponsor one of the conference keynotes and/or guest lectures by distinguished scholars representing the organising societies. Sponsorship rates include visibility at lecture(s) and in the conference programme, and admission to the opening and closing reception.
